The Town Flag is at half mast as a mark of respect.
Mrs Fillingham was a leading light amongst the local Tory fraternity. Always
enjoying the Tory ladies' fundraising, social and political events.
She resigned from the council in 2009
Mrs Fillingham awarded her MBE for services relating to her work promoting
British Business abroad whilst working as Head of Exhibitions, for BEAMA
