HSBC Bank Oakham Seeks Planning Consent to become more disabled access friendly.
The Oakham branch featured on the BBC inside out show after
disabled wheel chair users said the could not reach the bell.
In an attempt to prevent young people becoming disabled the
HSBC is also seeking permission to secure their roof top.
The roof is frequently scaled by young mad people at weekends,
