Harassment from Oakham Town Council and Rutland County Council

Mrs Helen Briggs Chief Executive of Rutland County Council, complains about receiving  21 emails from The Anti Corruption Party over a period of a year is Harassment?

Over a two day period I received 8 letters from her council, relating to complaints made by her bullies.

The letters kept coming, that is true Harassment Rutland County Council! So far around 100 since the town council became a part of my life.

All these letters were recieved over a two day period.
