The anticipated demand for the free school due to open this September appears
to be lower than expected.
The deadline for registration was extended until this Friday 28th August.
The temporary portacabins are nearly complete. I guess after attending
the splendid Catmose College Site next door this must seem a bit of
step down for students.
Only last week I took a look at the splendid building a facilities on offer
at New College Stamford there is no competion.
Even the uncertainty of Rutland County College with its costly cladded old building
is much better, it's a shame there is so much uncertainty for school
leavers here in Oakham.
