Helen Briggs Chief Executive of Rutland County Council likes to have the best of both worlds

Helen Briggs Chief Executive of Rutland County Council likes to have the best of both worlds

Helen Briggs made complaint to the police, she lied in court and used public money  producing
a large amount of evidence to support her malicious complaint.

In a Freedom of Information Request reply, Rutland County Council confirmed the public had paid for the collation and printing of 18 exhibits produced in court, which the Judge described as mostly irrelevant. Rutland County Council went on to explain its reason for justifying this expenditure. It had a duty to support its employee.

During the court trial Mrs Briggs was incriminated by two senior Leicestershire Police Officers.

After the conclusion of the trial I made a formal complaint in writing to  Rutland County Council
pointing out Mrs Briggs conduct and reminding them of her restricted post position.

The Monitoring officer has told me I have no grounds for complaint, I should direct my complaint to the CPS
and not the council as Mrs Briggs asked them them to prosecute in her private capacity and not as an employee of the council.

Why? did the Council then felt it was fine for the tax payer to pay Mrs Briggs expenses.
Why? did they send her Assistant on day trips to court at the expense of the tax payer.
Why? did they send the Councils Communications Officer to Court

Why? did Leicestershire Police allow her friend Inspector Mistry to attend court whilst he was on paid duty.

I was surprised not to see Tory Sir Clive Loader in court.

A lot of expense for the Rutland Tax Payer all for an individual acting in there private capacity.

Mrs Briggs appears to be untouchable and clearly wants her bread buttered on both sides!
