PRIDE BAKE OFF COMPETITION
This year history will be made, the first ever Pride event will be held here in Oakham.
As part of there will be a Great Pride Bake off!
For all who love to bake professional and amateur alike.
Here is all you have to do...
Pride are looking for 6 entrants for our final 3 amateurs and 3 professionals, to create a cake based on the theme PRIDE, the only rules are, it has to be a minimum of 2 layers and feature the colours from any of the Pride flags (link below to flags) make your cakes list your ingredients and up to 4 photo's of it to be entered into the competition 3 lucky finalists will be picked from each category to recreate the cake you entered which will be judged by 4 judges on the day.
They will judge on the following:
Presentation
Design
Moistness
Flavour
Cakes may be Be vegan Gluten free, traditional it's up to you, but you Must write down on your entry all of the relevant ingredients.
