Rutland County Council Planning Meeting 11/11/14 Applications from Cllr Hollis, Homes Cottesmore & Cllr Emmett Cooker Windmill, Woolfox Airfield

Cllr Hollis put in a application to build a number of house in Cottesmore.
The application was turned down.
Mainly due to the field being in a conservation area and outside the permitted development area.
Cllr Hollis's representative referred to Cottesmore residents as nimby
Cllr Cross was partially wearing his sensible hat this evening. He accused the councils planning officers of being dishonest and deceptive. No surprise there when you consider their boss is
the CEO Helen Briggs.
Cllr Emmett can now have a new cooker in her listed windmill at Morcott.
Rutland County Council agreed to refer an application to construct a Wind Farm and Solar
Farm at the Former Airfield and adjacent land to the north of Woolfox Depot, to the Secretary
of State for Communities and Local Government to request determination as to whether 2 planning applications are a Nationally Significant Infrastructure Project.
