Hugh Uzzell Ketton Rutland Missing Leicestershire Police Appeal
Hugh Uzzell is missing
Officers are appealing to the public to help find missing Rutland man.
Hugh Uzzell, 64, from Ketton in Rutland, was last seen by a family member in High Street, Stamford, at 1pm yesterday (Saturday 21 November) and was reported missing to Leicestershire Police at 12.15am this morning.
Hugh is white, 5ft 8” tall, slim build, blue eyes, glasses, clean shaven, with short grey hair. Hugh speaks with what has been described as a Liverpool accent. When last seen he was riding his blue Condor mountain bike which has lights and saddlebags. He was wearing a blue cycling jacket, black cycling leggings with a small yellow bag attached, a scarf or snood around his neck, a light which he wears on his forehead, thick black gloves and no helmet.
Officers urge anyone who is out and about today and sees a man matching this description to contact them.
