I appreciate you have been through an awful time with Cllr Haworth, Rutland County Council

"I appreciate you have been through an awful time with Cllr Haworth and you have received no support from RCC"

I go one stage further and say Rutland County Council assisted Cllr Haworth and others to commit crimes.
