is the official representative of Her Majesty The Queen for the County and City of Leicester, 
Dr Laurence Howard, Lord Lieutenant of Rutland and his wife.

The Band of The Parachute Regiment 
performed in Oakham Market Place

For beating of the retreat raising funds
for the ABF the Soldiers Charity.
