London Borough of Brent Col Weir (Conservative) Rutland County Council

I have been sent the following information the sender suggests the £2,000,000 loan made to The London Borough of Brent by Rutland County Council was made due to connections the old boys network? The Rutland Tory old boy network.

They point out Jeakins Weir work for Brent Council.

Col Weir was for some time a Rutland County Council and is still a member of the Executive Council of Rutland and Melton Conservative Association.

Did Rutland County Council loan this money because of this connection?

Due to recent threats I would like to point out this is a only a question and I don't want to become part of Jeakins Weir's proposed eco development, thanks, I would pollute it!!!
