John Kennedy conduct complaint against Cllr Martin Brookes Oakham Town Council Ref 37-16


Dear Mrs Mogg

Oh Poor John who has hounded me since he served at one meeting as an Oakham Town Councillor

John likes to play games, very silly and often nasty games.

I am pleased to see he is getting on with our Chairman and his friends once again so I guess he wont be sharing any more of those disgusting emails Cllr Lowe sends him again. Well maybe not for a few
months anyway.

The poor man is entitled to his opinion of me I am not bothered that he personally needs to tell
you that I am not a fit or proper person to be a town councillor. He must be a very sad large man.

I would suggest before he put in anymore complaints he listens to his instructions more carefully
I do not publish on Facebook I do as you know publish two blogs.

I have responded many times to allegation one so I wont repeat myself

In response to complaint two the council has no confidential agreement with the Ark Nursery
It has an agreement in progress with the Arch Association Ltd. As  I stated in a previous response
I have not published anything that was not already in the public domain. I have pointed out Cllr Haley has this week in a public report published a figure which was part of the exempt matter.

complaints 3, 4, 5 and 6 John states I have made personal attacks public against Cllrs Haley, Lowe,
Lucas and Hopkins on my Facebook page I have not.

John sent me a email the other day I did respond to him telling him to Get Lost and Piss Off
in my private capacity.
If he continues to harass me and support the action of those Councillor he has named
then who knows what I might say next, he does not seem to understand normal every day
English.
