The Judging will start at the Library at 12 midday.

carried out by volunteers has been sabotaged.
A Flower bed outside the radio station studio was attacked.
Last night two people spotted a person applying weed killer to the flowers
and depositing litter and cigarette ends and many slugs on the flower beds
outside the library.
I wonder why anyone would want to do such a thing?
