Jules One Stop, The Shed Youth Cafe, Rutland County Council, Cold Overton Road Property

This week there has been reports that Rutland County Council
is considering moving the youth services into this building it owns
and cant sell. The building was recently occupied by Spire Homes
whilst they managed the councils housing stock, before they took
over the counties treasure at a cheap price.

The consideration process must have ended because Rutland
County Council has removed its for sale sign.

Locals tell me the property was once a old peoples home run by
the council which is haunted by those who went in the front door and
were never seen again.

Possibly another location Tory Councillor King could let to the occult.

The Baptist Church recently located its Youth Cafe
The Shed to Rutland County Museum.

A lot of money was spent on the Shed Cafe above

Rutland County Council have spent a fortune on the current youth
faculties at Jules One Stop, that includes the new stair case shown
above.

I wonder when we are going to seeing a planning application
for a block of flats here?
