Held in Leicester’s New Market Square, Leicester’s first Christmas Market will also feature delicious food from around the globe as well as a fully stocked bar and seating area.
The market is the perfect place to find Christmas gifts. Stock up on winter warmers like hats, socks and scarves; find a handmade gift from Leicestershire independent traders; buy a unique present – from Moroccan leathers to Turkish textiles, and please the foodie in your life with a range of speciality teas, artisan coffees, olives, cheese, smoked meats and even customised chocolate gifts on offer!
If all that shopping wears you out, refuel at one of the many food and drink stalls. Traditional Christmas market fare includes German sausages, crepes and gourmet hot chocolates to warm you up no matter how icy it gets.
