Leicestershire Police Attempting To Cover Up Corrupt Relationship Between Oakham Mayor Cllr Alf Dewis and Detective Inspector Monks

Leicestershire Police Attempting To Cover Up Corrupt Relationship Between Oakham Mayor Cllr Alf Dewis and Detective Inspector Monks

Cllr Dewis has for at least the five years enjoyed a special relationship with Leicestershire Police.

Currently Leicestershire Police for some reason will not recognise this corrupt relationship.

They appear to be happy to only investigate Inspector Monks replacement, perhaps an easy scapegoat
considering he buckled under immense pressure to bring a pointless prosecution against
me in 2013.

At every point of any investigation conducted by Leicestershire Police they say Inspector Johnny Monks has no case to answer.

I say he does, he laid the groundwork for his successor due to his special corrupt relationship
with Rutland County County Council and Oakham Town Council.

Only this year Cllr Alf Dewis rushed through a new council policy
to  cover disorderly conduct.

A unlawful policy.

In his report he said he had consulted with the current Inspector naming her he
said she had advised him fully and supported the new policy.

It is not the police's role to advise a parish council on policy, especially as in this
case the policy is unlawful.

Reading the report as a member of the public and hearing a former Mayor Paul
Beech supporting Mr Dewis at the meeting the policy was adopted, I wondered if
Cllr Dewis was just name dropping to impress or has the current Inspector fallen
for his charm?

I made a conduct complaint about the named Inspector, due to the apparent
unlawful involvement of setting local council policy. Leicestershire Police
appear to have taken no action.

I sense the current Leicestershire Police Anti Corruption Investigation
is coming to an end and I doubt if it will reveal the full extent, if any
the corrupt relationship which was pestilence amongst our very local
government and police.
