20/11/18 PC Russell Hawkins faced allegations that he broke the standards of professional behaviour, namely; honesty and integrity; authority, respect and courtesy; and discreditable conduct.
PC Russell Hawkins was found to have breached authority, respect and courtesy and discreditable conduct.
Outcome of misconduct hearing
PC Russell Hawkins has been given a final written warning after being found to have breached the standards of professional behaviour at a gross misconduct hearing.
