Bogus Workman in Oakham, Leicestershire & Rutland Police

Bogus Workman in Oakham

Rutland LPU received a report yesterday of three males offering to clean guttering and facias for a set cash fee.
Within minutes these males were stating that roof tiles were damaged and they would be fixing the issue but the cost had risen to a large cash amount.
The Police were called, no offences had been committed at the time but the traders were advised strongly.
We ask that you are aware of these traders and refuse any offers of work to be made on your property.
If they refuse to leave your property please call Leicestershire & Rutland Police on 101.
