Has Oakham Town Councils Clerk Richard White Lost his voice, Manners or both?
Whilst at Victoria Hall today I collected the agenda from the Town Council, The Clerk felt like
doing some work today.
He appears to be currently suffering from an aversion to light. Working? with the blinds closed.
As he appeared from the office door to open the post box. I greeted him politely and asked for
the agenda.
He has also lost his voice, handing me the agenda without speaking a word.
The word ignorant comes to mind.
Just because is father is a retired Leicestershire Police Sgt, the Clerk thinks he is
so important that the tax payers have to put up with his rudeness and ignorance.
The tax payer is also expected to pay him a full salary to pop into the office when
he feels able. This is an utter disgrace.
