Marc Oxley, ex Libdem, Green and now Independent County Councillor for Uppingham will be in Age Concern this Saturday to meet with the residents of Uppingham.
Age Concern Uppingham is a nice location, includes a cheap cafe selling good cake.
It does not smell like the one in Melton Mowbray.
