Report No. 32-2020 - Planning Applications - Item 1 - 2019-1076.pdf
a B1 use to accommodate the ‘back office’ division of Moores. However, a ‘shop window’
element relating to the estate agency use is also proposed (use class A2). The
application states that this will compliment rather than replace Moores existing town
centre location, which is intended to remain.
I guess things change and people may say anything to Rutland County Council to ensure a planning application is granted.
Hopefully we will see a useful new shop open in the town, as Moores miss out from the flow of visitors, who view the estate agents windows at weekends looking for somewhere nice to buy within our lovely town and county.
