Mr Hinde based at the East Midlands Electoral Commission, Election Posters,

Mr Hinde based at the East Midlands Electoral Commission said, back in 2011 he referred posters to Leicestershire Police as they were a breach of the electoral law.

The posters were displayed throughout the Greetham Ward attacking me in a disgusting and personal way.

I am sure these posters displayed in large numbers had a serious effect on the outcome of the
election which saw Tory Roger Begy elected.

One poster was displayed outside his house another was found in a locked parish notice board.
I photographed the clerk as he removed it and said in front of witness I don't know how that got there!

I went to the police and pointed out these posters out at the time to election officials at Rutland County
Council. I gave the police many contained in the original plastic sleeves.

I was told nothing could be done.

I later received a copy of one of those posters along with a filthy letter its content sexually explicit
the writer saying I was sleeping with a local political woman who they said had herpes similar to the sort
of story lardboy and his friends have found amusing in the past.
the posters were lost or binned by Leicestershire when Inspector Johnny Monks was in charge.
The copy I received could have only came from Leicestershire Police or Rutland County Council
because they were the only two organisations to receive a copy marked by me to point out
offensive offending remarks.

Earlier this year Leicestershire police claimed to review my six complaints against them and
that included the non activity surrounding these posters. Sgt J Hodson told me she had a
difficult task often hitting brick walls. She told me Leicestershire police contacted Rutland
County Council and they said there was nothing wrong with the posters. Well that's was no surprise
of course the supporter of the crime is going to say that!

It was a surprise to be told the Election Commission had reported the posters and it was surprising
they did not follow up the matter with Leicestershire Police. I guess they must have trusted them like
I once foolishly did once.

Rutland Conservatives have a lot of questions to answer and so do their friends at Oakham
Police Station.

It is about time the few officers stopped turning a blind eye, those who often tell me we don't involved.
Especially the one who told me another they don't worry about police professional standards. Disappointed.
