Neighbourhood Mental Health Cafe (Uppingham) - A Supportive Space for Mental Wellbeing

Are you looking for mental health support in Uppingham? 

The Neighbourhood Mental Health Café offers a welcoming and supportive space for individuals 18 and over. 

This local initiative, funded by the NHS, provides one-to-one listening with experienced staff and helps develop future support plans.

Location: Uppingham Town Hall, 49 High Street East, Uppingham

Time: Every Friday, 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM (from December 27, 2024, to December 26, 2025)
