Leicestershire Police Indecent Images
I strongly advise due to the content of the
twitter you do not visit it.
Today I noticed the account that I know was
once operated by a former Rutland County Councillor
Nick Wainwright (UKIP) had been used to tweet
The Chief executive Helen Briggs at Rutland County
Council.
So I decided to take a look at the account. I am not
to keen on looking at this account because it often
tweets some very extreme racists and homophobic
opinions.
The homophobic opinions often aimed at me
I raised this concern with Rutland County Council
after Nick Wainwright lost his seat because
the account profile still described him as a
Rutland County Councillor. Shortly after the
description was changed to just UKIP.
As a scrolled down a few tweets I was shocked
by the images I saw. Images of naked children
with inappropriate comments.
This reminded me of the emails I and others received in 2014
one had a indecent image of children attached.
This was reported to Leicestershire Police and they did
nothing.
I have reported the images I have seen tweeted to Leicestershire
Police incident number 451 of todays date.
I noticed one of the most explicit images has been tweeted
direct to @MetroUK I hope they have reported this tweet
to the police.

If Nick Wainwright is correct and his account has been
compramised and he no longer operates the account
then it concerns me why he has not taken the account
back using Twitter help and support for compromised
accounts.
I attempted to speak to Nick this afternoon and
he was sick in bed.
I spoke to his wife who told me she knows who is
responsible. I suggested she informs the police.
The sick person behind all this activity needs to be
stopped.
I am convinced the police and Rutland County Council
know who it is. That was obvious when Rutland County
Council was removed from the profile description.
This activity is more serious than anything Charles Haworth
and Co did with their blogs attacking me, but it mirrors
something very similar, because each time I reported
The blogs ex Cllr Charles Haworth was tipped off and
things were changed or removed.
I suspect it is either a police officer or a person who
is very senior at Rutland County Council if it is not
Nick.
Mrs Wainwright also told me all Nicks accounts and
computers have been hacked.
I put the twitter user name into twitter lost password service and
the following comes up.

I was intending to attend the meeting last night as a member of the audience. Everybody was invited to hear the Cabinet explain and take questions on their budget proposals.
As Chairman of the Corporate Scrutiny Committee I chaired a scrutiny panel which reviewed the budget proposals at a meeting last week and debated the proposals with Roger Begy and officers. Our comments and debate were recorded for the public.
Unfortunately I was working in London yesterday and I was unavoidably detained. I didn’t get back to Oakham until well after 10pm.
I am sorry that I was not available to comment at the meeting, but in truth, all questions should be directed to Roger Begy and the Cabinet, and they in turn should invite the drafting Officers to answer in the event that he was unable to. After all, the budget was prepared by the Cabinet in conjunction with senior officers, not by the Scrutiny Committees, we are merely given the opportunity to review the proposals and can take no credit for the content.
