Notice of misconduct hearing for former Leicestershire Police Inspector Richard Lane
A former Leicestershire Police Inspector is appearing before a gross misconduct hearing on 11 October 2022.
Richard Lane will face allegations that he breached the standards of professional behaviour, namely authority, respect and courtesy and discreditable conduct.
The breaches relate to an incident on 29 January 2022 in which he acted inappropriately with colleagues while socialising off duty.
The hearing will take place at force headquarters, Enderby.
