Oakham Castle New Mosaic Signs Oakham Railway Station

Oakham Castle New Mosaic Signs have appeared at Oakham Railway Station, the station manager says they just appeared and does not know who put them up.

I am guessing its something to do with the £2,000,000 lottery heritage grant to restore the castle
wall and build some new toilets. Oakham Town Council is filling the grounds just like Cutts
Close with lots of benches that are not needed.
