Oakham Town Council Extraordinary Meeting Agenda Wednesday 25th July 2018

Item 7 is very frustrating, it should be very a very simple task to complete the full council is legally required at one of its main meetings to authorise all payments of £5000 and over. But this Oakham Town Council who cant even do the simply tasks correctly these days.
They brought the item to a previous committee meeting which does not have any authority to authorise any expenditure. After some discussion the item is being brought back to full council
not to authorise the payment a the heading states, they want to simply note the unlawful decision made by the committee!
