Oakham Home Garden and  Allotment Society, Oakham Town Council Grant

Oakham Town Grant their tenant £500.

I can see the other alloment societies will soon be knocking at the councils door for public money if rthe council continues to give this society money each year.

Last year is paid for hedge work and new fencing all of which should have been paid for by the society as a condition of their lease.

So far this years £500 funding is smaller than last year, but almost covers the annual rent bill.

One again like most of the other community groups sopported this year they are based outside the
parish.

I wonder why Oakham Groups still don't apply maybe they are all cash rich?
