Oakham Town Council has spent hundreds of pounds fitting this tap after one resident
requested it to provide water for dogs.
For the money spent I thought we might get a good tap fitted nicely.
I am not sure the position of this tap is good the ball marks might suggest why.
It was suggested a sign is also purchased, maybe that is why there is no water currently
flowing from the tap.
I wonder if the Mayor will unveil it.
