 2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
Members are asked to declare, if required:

9. PARKING REVIEW – SCHEME PROPOSAL FORM (Appendix B)

(i) To decide whether to approve the Statement of Accounts to 30th June 2019
(ii) To decide whether to approve the Statement of Accounts to 31st July 2019

 11. PERSONNEL ADVICE & SOLUTIONS LTD
To authorise the continuation of the current agreement for 6 months at a cost of £100 per month

12. CORRESPONDENCE FROM THE TRUSTEES OF THE VICTORIA HALL (Appendix D)
(i) To consider a request and decide whether or not the Town Council would be willing to
make a financial contribution?
 (ii) To authorise any expenditure
 (iii) Make any decisions as appropriate

13. CUTTS CLOSE SHELTER (Appendices E, Ei, Eii)
 To consider a report and make any decisions as appropriate

 15. RUTLAND COUNTY COUNCIL – CONDUCT COMMITTEE
To appoint one member as representation to serve on Rutland County Councils Conduct Committee.
Members to note: There will be a formal face to face interview for all shortlisted applicants before the
final representatives are selected and recommended to council for co-option

To agree on which members should be its appointed representatives
