have attended meetings on behalf of Oakham Town Council

To receive written reports from Working Groups using the approved template
9. NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN UPDATE (Appendix C)
To discuss and agree on the following:
(i) The Terms of Reference of the Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group (Appendix C(i))
(ii) The Neighbourhood Plan Designated Area and Neighbourhood Plan Area Submission Statement
(Appendices C(ii) and C(iii))
(iii) Barleythorpe consultation response (Appendix C(iv) – To follow)
10. CO-OPTION OF NEW MEMBER
To co-opt a new member to the Council to the Oakham South East Ward
11. COUNCIL VACANCIES (Appendix D)
To agree on various matters regarding the current two vacancies on the Council
12. BEACON LIGHTING (Appendix E)
To decide whether to use Cutts Close for a Beacon Lighting event on April 21st 2016 to mark the
occasion of the 90th birthday of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II
13. INSURANCE PROVISION FROM APRIL 1ST 2016 (Appendix F)
To consider a report and to agree on the following:
(i) That the Council enters into a three year agreement with an insurance provider
(ii) Who the Council’s Insurance provider will be for the agreed period
14. REMEMBRANCE SERVICE (Appendices G and G(i))
To consider a report and correspondence received and to make any decisions as appropriate
15. PAYMENT APPROVAL
To authorise the following payments:

Installation, dismantling, testing and storage of Christmas Lighting

Supply of additional Christmas Lighting

16. COVER AGREEMENT FOR COUNCIL COMPUTERS (Appendix H)
To decide whether to renew the cover agreement with Millennium Ltd

To appoint a new representative to the Trustees of the Victoria Hall
18. SCHEDULE OF PAYMENTS (Appendix J)
