Internal Auditor for the coming financial reporting period to 31st March 2020

12. AUTHORISATION TO AN PAY INVOICE OVER £5000
To authorise payments of the following:
(i) Plantscape Ltd
Invoice No. 105417
for £9530.30+ VAT (£11,436.36)
Provision of 2019 town floral displays

13. NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN EXPENDITURE
To authorise the reimbursement of the following:
(i) Neighbourhood Plan website for £72.00 + vat (£86.40)
(ii) Stationery for £36.67 + vat (£44.00)

 15. DEFIBRILLATOR AT PRINCESS AVENUE
To appoint a Ward Member to perform a visual inspection every month
