(i) Any Disclosable Pecuniary Interest they may have in respect to items on the agenda
(ii) Any other interest they may have in respect to items on the agenda

3. MINUTES (Appendix A)
To confirm the minutes of the Annual Meeting of Oakham Town Council held on
Wednesday13th May 2015
(Members are asked to note that the minutes of the Annual Town Meeting held on the same
day will be considered at the meeting of the Council to be held on June 10th 2015)
4. COUNCILLOR’S QUESTIONS
To answer questions previously notified to the Clerk under Standing Order 9
(Members note that 72 hours’ notice is now required)
5. CHAIRMAN AND MEMBER’S REPORTS
To receive a report from the Chairman on functions attended and to receive reports from
Members who have attended meetings on behalf of Oakham Town Council
(Members intending to report should inform the Clerk prior to the meeting)

7. DEPUTATIONS BY THE PUBLIC
Members of the Public are invited to address the meeting in accordance with procedures laid
down in Standing Orders 1(d) – 1(i)
8. GRANT FROM RUTLAND COUNTY COUNCIL (Appendix B)
To authorise the Clerk to provide information requested relating to the awarding of a grant for
£30,500.00 for the replacement skateboard facility in Cutts Close
9. GRANT APPLICATIONS (Appendices C, C(i) and C(ii) )
To consider the following Grant Application and to make any decisions as appropriate
(i) Rutland Citizens Advice Bureau
(ii) Oakham Rugby Football Club
10. REPRESENTATIVES ON OUTSIDE BODIES (Appendix D)
To discuss and appoint representatives
11. OAKHAM CASTLE RESTORATION PROJECT – BOUNDARY FENCE (Appendix E)
To consider a report relating to the installation of new fencing and to make any decisions as
appropriate
12. SCALE OF CHARGES AND TERMS OF USE OF COUNCIL OWNED OR MANAGED
PARKS 2015 – 2016 (Appendix F)
To agree on scales of charges and terms of use for organisations who wish to use parks owned
or managed by Oakham Town Council
13. PUBLICITY OFFICER (Appendix G)
To appoint a Publicity Officer for the Council and to agree on the terms of reference for the role
14. CO-OPTION (Appendix H)
To agree on the procedure, timetable and any other matters for co-opting 3 new members to the
Council
15. EXEMPT ITEM
To decide whether members of the Press and Public should be excluded from the meeting
during consideration of Item 16 on the agenda, under the provisions of Section 1 of the Public
Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 as amended by The Openness of Local Government
Bodies Regulations 2014 due to the confidential nature of the matters to be discussed
16. RECOMMENDATIONS FROM THE STAFFING COMMITTEE (Appendix I)
To consider recommendations from the meeting of the Staffing Committee held on 21st April
2015 and to make any decisions as appropriate relating to those recommendations.
