(viii) Rutland Rotoract Family Support Centre

I wont be able to make a public deputation on the above. due to Leicestershire police's undemocratic
ban, from attending public council meetings

I will use this space to make my comments on how public money and my money is to
be distributed.

Oakham Festival should not receive a penny, it should fund itself, the author of the filthy depraved
laughing stocks oakham blog as a councillor gave the perfect reason in a comment at a previous meeting
they said the festival was rubbish. I agree, I attended some free events at which another town councillor
made me feel most unwelcome last year the attendance was poor. I am not permitted by these people
to express my opinion but they are.

Oakham in Bloom the town council already pays out thousands each year of public money for which this
organisation headed by Cllr Dodds receives all the egotistic credit. Very infrequently are the workers who carry out the other good work credited, those who actually get their hands dirty.

Rutland Citizens Advice Bureau, it is quiet scary to think the very sick author of Laughing Stocks Oakham
sits on the committee of this organisation and have access to peoples private lives. It reminds me of the days
they sat on the Police committee JAG its a disgrace. I think the CAB deserves support as it does a good job, it needs to remove its leaks.

Oakham United Football Club. I am not a football fan and they have already received huge funding
and support from Rutland County Council, have they not heard of sponsorship?

Involved 2013 Rutland County Council used to fund this with the support of grants.

Rutland First Responders a super group to support filling in for the inadequate service provided by EMA Service.

First responders turn out for free when an ambulance can not attend in time.

This year they have turned out 15 times throughout Rutland, five of those here in Oakham.

Rutland Rotoract Family Support Centre, Supporting Families who have children with Special Needs seems  a good project to support.

To consider a report and to make decisions as appropriate

10. ASSET REGISTER 2013 - 2014 (Appendix D)
