Oakham Town Council Meeting Cancelled

Oakham Town Council Meeting Cancelled

Oakham Town Council cancelled last nights meeting, I asked a member of the council for a reason.

This was the reply received: The meeting was cancelled because the agenda did not arrive at Councillors houses on time

This is a poor excuse all councillors receive the agenda electronically and the agenda was publish online and on the council notice board.

Now I am not a Councillor I can say the following it is time the council got rid of its lazy dishonest clerk and employed a qualified experienced competent person to do the job,

Cllr Adam Lowe and Cllr Dave Romney who dishonestly deleted email data should also resign,

Oakham Town Council Meeting Cancelled, Due to Lack of Business, The Clerk is once again off sick on full pay

Oakham Town Council finally realises it has not purpose.

It has cancelled its next meeting due to lack of business.

The Town Clerk has once again gone of sick on full pay.

He went of sick after I raised the issue of him losing his
voice, manners or just simply being obnoxious?

If he worked in any other environment he would rightly
find himself in trouble, but not at Oakham Town Council

Oakham Town Council are happy to pay tax payers money
ignoring rules other organisations have to apply such
as statuary sick pay. Perhaps if they did he might not
be absent so often for so long.

Full Council meeting:

Wed, 11 Mar 2015 7:00pm

CANCELLED due to lack of business

The next full Council meeting will be Wednesday 25th March
For more information please call 01572 723627

The last few meetings have not had any real council business
so I wonder why they were not also cancelled.
