2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
Members are asked to declare, if required:
(i) Any Disclosable Pecuniary Interest they may have in respect to items on the agenda

 9. STATEMENT OF ACCOUNTS (Appendix C)
To decide whether to approve the Statement of Accounts to 31st March 2019

 10. 2019-2020 NATIONAL SALARY AWARD
The National Joint Council for Local Government Services (NJC) has agreed the new pay scales for
2019-2020 to be implemented from 1 April 2019. The Clerk’s pay scale is SCP 31, and the Office
Assistant is SCP 17. Provision for the new salary award has been made in the 2019/20 budget.
Members are asked to note and approve they are backdated to 1st April 2019.

 11. OCC BUILDING (Appendix D)
 To consider a report and to make any decisions as appropriate

 12. PARKING RESTRICTIONS (Appendix E)
(i) To consider double yellow lines to be implemented on Cold Overton Road
(ii) To confirm whether the Town Council are in support of the proposal
(ii) To consider whether the Town Council would be willing to make a financial contribution?
