Oakham Town Council Opens Itself to Fraud
Almost a month ago Cllr Charles Haworth eventually resigned from
Oakham Town Council.
A councillor asked the Clerk tonight if the former councillor signature
had been removed from the councils bank accounts.
The Clerk responded "no"
Only last week I asked the Clerk if they had asked Mr Haworth for
the password for the councils official Twitter account.
He responded "No"
