To consider the following applications received to date and to make recommendations
comments and observations thereon to Rutland County Council
To also decide whether any planning application received to date should be referred to a
meeting of the Council or the Planning and Parks Committee

(i) 2015/0146/FUL Mrs F MacDonald
The erection of a two-storey front extension and 2 No. dormer windows to the rear; the
extension and remodelling of existing single-storey rear extension; and refurbishment
works, including externally insulating the walls. (Revision to previous permission:
2013/0789/FUL)

Installation of the following external shop front signage: 1 no. 350mm high fascia with
245mm high internally illuminated lettering and chevron logo. 1 no. 250mm high

Existing ATM is to be replaced by 1 no. ATM of similar size and aesthetic in the same
