Oakham Town Council spends hundreds on displaying Flags and Bunting for Royal Visit
The councils preferred contractor is paid hundred on pounds to place a few flags in holders and
take them down after events.
This year the council has also paid just over £700 to the same contractor to hang
bunting on part of the high street.
