Mr Alf Dewis
I don't think there are many Mr Alf Dewis's here in Oakham, if this is the same Mr Alf Dewis
who resigned when he was Mayor in March after the external auditor pointed out his unlawful conduct, does he not think a return to council is a little too soon.
