This is why nothing is done properly at Oakham Town Council because the old remaining
members of the old guard send out ridiculous emails or harass members over the phone
if they speak out about the councils many costly failings,
The Councillor and The Chairman of Oakham in Bloom really need to make an
appointment at the new branch of Specsavers.
The Councillor needs to seek medical advice or resign after her daft public statement made
at the last council meeting, she is preventing progress at the Council.
Constantly lies recently she said she works 24/7 as a councillor, Some of us would like
to know what she actually does, because as Town Councillor myself I sometimes forget
I am a Councillor due to the lack of responsibilities we have.
The deluded Councillor Lucas BEM in her public statement accused me of verbally abusing
many including the police and the masonic lodges?
While Plantscape cant not supply us even with the colour of flower we ordered
and are paid nearly £20,000 a year to provide them and water them. I will continue
to complain Cllr Lucas.

I refute all these comments.
I have just spoken with OiB and they agree with me that the OTC flower baskets have been and still are looking very good. They have been watered regularly and one has been vandalised.
So we all should stop complaining and get on with our jobs.

The last time Oakham won Britain in Bloom was the last year Oakham in Bloom
was Cllr Lucas Free. Since Cllr Lucas was reappointed the Council rep on the
Committee Oakham in Bloom have not achieved more than the consultation prize
of Silver Gilt.
And certain committee members think the Judges are thick by pretending they involve
children in projects when the TV cameras turned up.
They pass off old projects as new.
Walking around and listening to the coordinator its like listening to Jackanory
Last year residents wrote and complained to the paper about the poor Oakham
Town Council baskets and even then Cllr Lucas complimented the council for
its efforts.
