Oakham in Bloom need volunteers to help tidy up the town.

This morning I spent some time weeding in Gaol Street there is plenty to.
I popped my bag of weeds into the litter bin at Rutland County Councils Reception
after passing through the untidiest grounds I have seen for a long time.
Soon we will have to step over weeds to get into the council office.

Bag of weeds delivered to the council litter bin, I did not want
to risk putting them in my bin in case they fined me for using
my residential bin for commercial waste.
The red face is probably worn out.
