Oakham's Christmas Tree Has Arrived
Skinny and tatty.
Last years was the best for a long time.
There is for the first time a planned switch on the towns light in two hours.
No lights on the tree yet and also quite a few missing around the town.
Not surprising when the contractors were told to complete the installation
by the 27th November.
