The Regal Cinema, New Art Deco Sign, replacing the old Regal Melton Sign
The Regal Cinema, Melton Mowbray, Opening This Week
The cinema has been lovingly restored by new owners and will
be open again on Friday this week.
Today I had the privilege of taking a peek inside. Photographs
will be published on Friday so not to spoil the surprise for the
new members of the film club who will meeting on Thursday.
The seating is very comfortable, there are luxury seats and two
seater sofas with cushion embroidered with some famous film
names.
There is a pic-n -mix, my favourite Haagen-dazs ice cream and
a bar for hot and cold drinks and Popcorn
A lot of people are showing an interest, a lot of leaflets
are being taken by those passing.
