Paul Mills Oakham South East Councillor Resigns
Another new Councillor goes all though at times I perceived Mr Mills to be unpleasant
towards me, he was not as bad as the old guard who should the ones leaving our council.
Whilst they remain and impose their unwritten rules on new members no one new is
going to stay.
