Police are appealing for witnesses after a young woman was assaulted in Oakham.
The incident happened at about 4.30pm on Monday in Cutts Close.
The victim was left with bruising to her face and her attacker is believed to be another young woman.
Oakham beacon officer PC Joe Lloyd is calling for anyone with information to call police on 101, quoting incident number LR-00755/13-3.
