Reason 2 Why Tory Helen Briggs is not fit to be returning officer
Martin Brookes Greetham Election Rutland County Council 2011
2011 I stood in the Rutland Greetham Ward against Tory Leader
Roger Begy.
Roger Begy's supporters produced a large volume of unlawful
election posters.
Unlawful was how the electoral commissioner described them.
Helen Briggs the Tory returning officer for Rutland disagreed.
Leicestershire Police recently admitted not recording correctly
recording my complaint, Just one example of the past corruption
between Oakham Police and Rutland County Council.
And whilst PC Wenlock remains the officer responsible for
election law enforcement here in Rutland I can see this
happening again.
Most of the posters displayed in Greetham were fixed using
a cable staple gun as shown above.
Commonly used in by a person connected to Greetham
Parish Council.
Roger Begy is a also a Greetham Parish Councillor.
At the time of this election one of the directors
of Tory Terry King's company was also a Parish Councillor.
The Tory Parish Clerk of Clipsham, Clifford Bacon
"how did that get into
my locked notice board?"
