Richard Swift Oakham South East Focus Liberal Democrats

Richard Swift is to stand for one of the Oakham South East seats
on Rutland Council in May.

In the meantime Richard is attempting to raise his profile within
the ward. Although I am independent, I am happy to support him
with his work to achieve this, especially if it means at least

Cllr Plews loses his seat..

Richard Swift lives here in Oakham Oakham South East ward which is in Rutland,
a county in which Cllr Plews does not live in. Cllr Plews was last
known to be living in Northamptonshire or Stamford Lincolnshire he is for some strange
reason reluctant to disclose his address to his constituents.

Richard has produced a survey which he hopes residents will
complete.

This evening four roads within the ward have received a copy.

I hope to get one delivered to all homes within the ward this  week.
