which takes place at Victoria Park and the City Centre on 3rd August 2013.

12:30 pm Official Opening Ceremony at Granville Road
1:00 pm Street Carnival featuring Troupes & Floats
2:00 pm Main Stage Performances
4:30 pm Street Carnival featuring Troupes & Floats return from City Centre
8:00 pm Carnival Day Activities End
