Clearly not experienced in Chairing meetings, the golden rule of chairing meetings is the
Chairman should control and meeting and remain impartial.

His leading style is somewhat amusing for its patronising traits which become a little
tedious after a couple of hours.

He has a clever ability to make people think they are contributing an input when
in fact he seems to have all he wants or his clients in this case Rutland County Council all
planned out.

A few keywords written on a flip board and he asks 'can I ask you, to trust me to put together a sentence in a quiet room away from here' does he really think all are that daft. I would guess he has already written the constitution of the working group or someone at RCC has.

I believe the man is highly qualified to consult on the subject at hand but he is totally unqualified in my opinion to be  independent chairman of the group.
He was once the Chief Executive of Towns Alive (formerly Action for Market Towns) so he knows his talk.

Anyway everyone now knows the make of the group that is going to work on producing a report
that will hopefully bring improvements to Oakham over the next six months, if any resident or business wants to have an input they will get a chance. You could at this stage contact any Town or County Councillor, including me and we can pass on your input.

All those who are moaning residents are not represented on the working group, can I remind you of a Cllrs main role and that is two represent you, There are quite a few Cllrs on the working group.
